This book is definitely an excellent book for beginners who are trying to dab into working with metal. Hettmansperger offers the reader a detailed list of materials to be used with metal and the type of stores that sell them. Before going into the “how to” of different projects, Hettmansperger explains the materials, tools, equipment, and basic techniques. The pictures and diagrams make each project so clear and simple, the reader just wants to get started.

The jewelry itself is absolutely beautiful. There are pieces made by other artists embedded in the different chapters that are stunning and inspirational.
